Home Brewer Reports
Tony Canova brought an IPA for which he used a hop burst technique, meaning all the hops are added at the end of the brewing process. This process generally gives you more hop aroma while providing a smoother finishing beer.
Brian Sorensen brought a Porter which was based on a Sam Adams recipe.
Ask these fine brewers for the details if you are interested.
Iron Brewer
March’s style is a session beer, specifically a flavorful full bodied beer capped at 4.2% abv.
April’s style will be a SMASH, details to come.
If you have ideas for t-shirt designs for a FLOPS shirt please talk to Keith Lynn.
The House of Hope sent a nice letter of appreciation for the clubs holiday donation.
